I love making curry. I made this curry with beef, sauteed zucchini squash, sauteed yellow onions, sauteed bell peppers, and spinach over cauliflower rice. We found an Indian restaurant near us that had freshly made chapatis (similar to a tortilla but a type of flat bread Faith and me grew up eating in Kenya) that we ate with the curry.
