Caleb and I recently visited some dear friends who live four hours north of us. Caleb's good friend's grandmother made these delicious noodles for us. She made an amazing sauce with little pieces of fat in it. She then kneaded the flour dough and pushed it through this machine making perfect noodles drop into the boiling water below in the pot. She cut fresh cold veggies and made her own hot sauce. These homemade noodles were delicious!
