Recently I had the privilege of traveling to the high grasslands north of the home of the 2022 Winter Olympics. After some other foreign photographers and I took pictures all morning we stopped to eat lunch at a small country restaurant.
The owner took us out to the back of the restaurant and showed us this large meat smoker. During our meal they brought out a large piece of this smoked lamb and pork. I have to say it was some of the best smoked lamb and pork I have every had.
