I have lost 50lbs

I'm thankful for Faith, Caleb, and Viola's encouragement to be healthy. 6 months ago I weighed 295lbs and now I weigh 245lbs and have gone down from a size 44-38 jean size. I'm thankful Faith had me read Dr. Mercola's book "Fat For Fuel" which describes a way of eating that is not a diet or fad but rather a lifestyle, which has reversed diabetes and cancer. I'm thankful Faith eats the same way with me and encourages me to exercise every day. I'm enjoying working out hard on the rowing machine for 20 min every day. It is good to have sore muscles every day as well as less food cravings and more energy. My goal is to weigh 215lbs by October this year and stay at that weight.
