Over the October National Holiday our dear friends mother prepared mutton noodles for lunch one day. The juicy tender mutton from grass fed sheep is prepared using a family secret. Soft tortilla like bread is made and cut into pieces to be placed on top of the mutton and broth along with freshly diced cilantro, onions, spicy red peppers, vinegar, and soy sauce.
